Nicollet Mall Farmer's Market

Thursdays are turning into one of my favorite days because I start work later, leaving me with a good part of the day off. It's especially nice for the summertime. So yesterday I met up with some of my friends from Appleton at The Copper Hen for brunch in the morning. And then headed to the Farmer's Market where I perused the colorful fruit, vegetables, and bouquets with Chelsea, who was kind enough to take these photos. Definitely a great way to start the day! PS- I can hardly believe these peonies. They are so stinkin massive and bah-U-tiful!

Cute look! I am sad to say that after living up here for almost 4 years I have never been to any of the Minneapolis Farmer's Markets... whoops :)
